A conference held in November 2006 that I watched.... probably in 2009 I guess, at any rate during that period in York when I was absorbing as much debate and rhetoric as I could find on science and religion. I found the series of lectures deeply interesting, and got a lot out of the varied expert perspectives on matters of religious belief. It was insightful, interesting, humorous, challenging, and introduced me to a lot of interesting speakers.

I have since watched it through again, in late 2011, and found interestingly that I have a much more informed perspective myself on the matters under discussion and did not find it as compelling as I originally did. But it remains that it was one of those first big influences on me in my exploration of my religious beliefs, and I would highly recommend it to anyone genuinely interested in the same questions.
